In this study, a design and prototype of a two-nozzle Cartesian type three-dimensional food printer with screwed pressure transfer system was made. In the double nozzle extruder system, a syringe was used as a syringe and a special extruder design and prototype was made to drive the gear wheel system of the motor for material conveyance and to push the piston of the syringe. The dimensions of the three-dimensional printer are 500mm for X-axis, 430mm for Y-axis and 450mm for Z-axis. The print dimensions are 200mm for X axis, 200mm for Y axis and 100mm for Z axis. Arduino was used as a control card. For double nozzle extruder system, necessary changes in software and necessary calibration changes for 3D printer were made. The general aim in this study is; the 3D food printer sector, which has not been studied so much in domestic and foreign literature, is to gain and utilize this work. With this system with double extruder, food can be produced with two different materials, chocolate, cake decorating materials, cookie doughs, fruit flavored gel materials and futuristic foods.
