Severe competition conditions in today's market and the necessity of answering raised customer satisfaction level force firms to direct themselves into a customer oriented tendency in product design and assembly. Do it yourself approach, which requires customer involvement in final assembly, helps manufacturers in lessening production cost and also makes benefits in short product due time. However, it requires that the customer should be more conscious. Experts that help and direct customer at decision making process can be necessitated. Shortage on the experts that give idea and the difficulty on that customer express his/her requests cause negativities in obtaining customer's desired answer on the demanded product. The reality that customers best know what they desire and, in general, they use linguistic descriptions on the issue need an auxiliary mechanism for decision making process. Therefore, in this paper, a customer driven product determination process was realized for a product evaluated as do it yourself product. Due to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model a numeric example was given and its success was obtained above 90%.
